NextGen Logos is committed to providing 100% satisfaction with the logo designs we create. However, we understand that there may be cases where you are not completely satisfied with the final result. In such cases, we offer the following refund policy:

Administrative Fee: For any approved refund, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. This administrative fee helps cover operational costs incurred during the design process and order fulfillment.

Refunds Will Not Apply in the Following Cases:

If the design has already been approved by you, either through email or formal approval.
If the design has been completed and adheres to the request or brief provided, with more than three revisions having been made as per your requests.
If the ordering company or individual changes their name, closes the business, or changes the type of business stated in the order.
In cases where the project is canceled due to reasons unrelated to the fault or negligence of NextGen Logos.
If another design company is hired for the same project without prior notification to us.

Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us via the registered email address on your account. Please include a clear explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the design we have provided. We will review your request within 7 to 10 business days and notify you of the status of your refund request.

If the refund is approved, we will return the amount paid minus the 20% administrative fee in accordance with the policy outlined above.

Changes to Refund Policy

NextGen Logos reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend checking this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
